Efacec to provide the power management system of Athens, one of the largest European capitals

PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION, the largest electric energy Greek company, recently ordered from Efacec a SCADA / DMS system, 100% Efacec technology that will manage the electric energy distribution network in Attica, the region that integrates the capital city Athens.

Efacec received an order for a fully integrated transmission network Substation Automation System from Greek company TERNA ENERGY
TERNA ENERGY ordered an Efacec system from the Automation Business unit. The order includes the the supply, installation and configuration of the substation automation system for the 150/20 kV Methana transmission substation.

During the second quarter of 2010 Efacec, supplied to the company Chilectra S.A., Electric Power utility in Santiago de Chile, an Automation and Measurement System, commissioned to its San José Substation and based on the CLP 500SCC platform by Efacec.

Efacec was present at 2010 IEEE PES, which took place at the New Orleans Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States, between the 19^th and 22^nd April 2010.
