2012 IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition

Efacec was present in a “big” way at this exhibition in Orlando, FL from May 7-10, with booth display of 2,800 s.f. (260 m2).

The IEEE PES T&D show is held every two years, and is the largest T&D utility conference held in the United States. More than 15,000 people were in attendance from around the world, including many important Efacec customers and prospects.

Efacec displayed and demonstrated its complete portfolio of solutions available in the US, including Efacec ACS Smart Grid solutions, switchgear, servicing, EV chargers/ infrastructure management and power transformers.

The booth included Efacec’s newest state-of-the-art Oil Processing Rig for transformer servicing, as well as windings for both shell- and core-form transformers.

These impressive displays attracted much attention from the conference attendees, and helped demonstrate Efacec’s technological capabilities and affirm our commitment to this market.

Efacec also sponsored the networking reception that was held on the exhibit floor on Wednesday afternoon.

The show was a definite success, and we enjoyed the opportunity to meet utility engineers, managers and consultants from across the industry.
