ELECRAMA 2012 Electrical T&D Exhibition |

Efacec Automation showcased the SmartPower products, targeted for smart grid and smart metering applications, including EV integration. It also showcased its portfolio of products and solutions, from network management for control centers, through automation for VHV/HV substations, up to the monitoring and control of the MV/LV networks. |

Participation in 2012 Elecrama exhibition was a great success for Efacec. Our booth received a numbers of visitors interested in our products and solutions. A large amount of printed documentation was distributed as well. |

This success was possible thanks to excellent preparation of the booth in terms of system demonstration and documentation. The efforts of several teams from departments such as automation, commercial, corporate communication, both from Portugal and India, contributed to this success. |

Efacec ACS was present at DistribuTECH 2012, which took place in San Antonio, TX from January 24-26. |

| DistribuTECH is the US utility industry's leading Smart Grid exposition. During the event Efacec ACS demonstrated Centrix feeder & distribution automation, PRISM Real-time OMS, PRISM DMS and SCADA. Also displayed in the booth were other Efacec solutions including the IATS load break switch, the DIVAC circuit breaker and the QC50 EV fast charger. | |
| During the conference, Efacec ACS client Avista Utilities presented a paper on the implementation of the PRISM Integrated Volt/VAR Control (IVVC) application, and Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) presented the advanced visualization features to be provided by Efacec ACS as part of the ongoing OMS/DMS project. | |
